1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Casa Renewables website at www.casarenewables.co.uk and any services provided by Casa Contractao Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Our services
Casa Renewables provides heat pump installation, air conditioning, electrical works, smart thermostat, and design and build services across London (within the M25). Our services include:
- Free online eligibility checks and quotes for heat pump installations
- Free consultation bookings with our heat pump experts
- Air source heat pump design, supply, and installation
- Assistance with government grant applications (e.g. Boiler Upgrade Scheme)
- Air conditioning installation and servicing
- Electrical works and smart thermostat installation
- Design and build services including loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments, and new builds
3. Eligibility and quotes
The online quote tool provides an indicative estimate based on the information you supply. It does not constitute a binding offer or contract. Final pricing is subject to a property survey and detailed assessment by our team. Grant eligibility (e.g. the £7,500 BUS grant) is determined by government criteria and is not guaranteed by us. We will assist you with the application process, but the final decision rests with the relevant authority.
4. Bookings and consultations
When you book a consultation through our website, you are requesting a callback from one of our specialists. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Each time slot accommodates one booking only. We reserve the right to reschedule if necessary, and will notify you as soon as possible. Consultations are free and carry no obligation.
5. Service area
We currently provide installation services within the M25 (Greater London). If your property is outside this area, please contact us directly at info@casacontractao.com to discuss availability.
6. Accreditations and standards
Casa Renewables is MCS certified, Gas Safe registered, NICEIC approved, F-Gas certified, and RECC registered. All installations are carried out in accordance with current building regulations and manufacturer specifications. We work with leading manufacturers including Daikin and Stiebel Eltron.
7. Warranties and guarantees
Heat pump installations include manufacturer warranties as specified at the time of purchase. Details of workmanship guarantees will be provided in your installation contract. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Your responsibilities
When using our website and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and communications
- Not use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
- Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Ensure your property is accessible and safe for our engineers during surveys and installations

For contracts entered into at a distance or off-premises, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 14. Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve any complaints or disputes promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. As a RECC member, we adhere to the RECC Consumer Code, which includes an independent complaints process.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
