What we look for
Qualifications matter, but attitude matters more. We want people who turn up on time, take pride in their work, and treat customers' homes like their own. If you can do that, we can teach you the rest.
We typically hire heat pump engineers, electrical installers, air conditioning technicians, and the occasional office-based role. Experience with Daikin or Stiebel Eltron systems is a bonus, but it's not a dealbreaker.
If you've got the right mindset and you're comfortable working in people's homes, we'd genuinely like to hear from you, even if there's nothing open right now.
